KIMBAP /’kim,bäp/

noun

Made by rolling seasoned rice, vegetables, and often meat or fish, all wrapped in dried seaweed (gim). The fillings are typically cooked, and the rice is seasoned with sesame oil and salt, unlike sushi which often uses vinegar. Traditionally handcrafted and sliced into bite-sized rounds, it is a dish that travels effortlessly between the familiar and the sophisticated.

Our kimbap is inspired by nostalgia.
A food that brings a sense of comfort.

Kimbap holds a special place in Korean hearts – not just as food, but as a symbol of care and togetherness.

Each roll is a memory thoughtfully made, hands pressing, folding, slicing – for lunchboxes kissed with good-by, for hikes under pine-covered mountains, for school trips and city sidewalks.

Kimbap is not just food. It’s an embrace, wrapped in seaweed, a taste of love you can carry with you.

We source each ingredient with care and we hope to offer more than a meal – a memory worth savoring.

Now introducing BIBIMBAP

Bibimbap (literally translates to “mixed rice”) has always been about balance — a bowl full of color, texture, and seasonality. It’s one of our favorite Korean comfort foods, and we wanted to make ours with ingredients that feel close to home.

We are always thoughtful of our process and preparation without cutting any corners. We use house-pickled beet daikon, fresh shiso, carrots, cucumbers, zucchini, and organic eggs, with your choice of smoked beef or umami mushrooms. Each bibimbap is then drizzled with sesame and housemade red pepper sauce. Every bowl is built from scratch, using produce and proteins we source as locally as possible.
